I thought it would be helpful to set up a resource page with all the tools I use as I find them.

Some of them will be free tools that I have tested and used and are every useful, others will be paid tools.

2. For many conversions Convert Town is great.  I use it constantly to convert my images to 72dpi for the web

After testing many hosts I have found everything I need at SiteGround

They back up the site automatically, they give you free SSL and they chat support is second to none.
